How sports can help children.


Sports play a significant part in the life of everybody, but it is an habit, that’s why is important to involve the children. It is a way to have fun, improve skills, have discipline, confidence and other qualities. It is also a commitment from the parents, they need to bring the children on time and support them, at the same time trying to be a good example. There are a lot of interesting sports: soccer, ballet, running, swimming, judo, etc. Also it is important to consider the appropriate age activities and some children don't like the contact sports, but there are others so, try to compare the options.


However, the sports can help the children achieve, provide guidelines and discipline. Participation in challenging sports help the teachers because the children will love the classroom challenge. Provides make positive opportunities as make friends. That sounds not necessary, but when they grow up, they can be competitive people. The sports will give them the ability to compete for a job or to be a responsible employee.


Some children love sports, but for others sports are a waste of time. But those activities can help kids to build confidence and have fun too. The discipline of honing skills gives a sense of improvement. Sports have a positive result on children by lowering aggression. Using sports is more useful than therapy and also, it reduce the negative emotions. Winning or losing games permit the kids to sense their personal progress and accept the result in a positive way.




Healthy socializing and sports go hand on hand, children who play sports are less involved in drugs and smoke. This could be a result of being in something productive. Females are less likely to be pregnant in high-school. And, as a summary, playing sports can help to develop friendships based on health and enjoyable activities. It also indicates that sports play different roles in socialization for boys and girls. Sports participation help to create a social identity because in high-school, teenagers are looking who they really are. For example: breaking stereotypes. According to US Department of Health and Human Services Reports, people who play sports tent to perform better at school and earn higher test scores on standardized tests.


So, children have to be active every day, it is not only about scores in school, the most important part is the health of them. Nowadays people don't like exercise, but it is really necessary, and if you practice a sport when you are a child, it will be easier to practice it when you became an adult. For example, some benefits are: reduce the risk of obesity, increase cardiovascular fitness, improve sleep and improve personal skills as cooperation and leadership. As you can see, sports are necessary and children will have a lot of benefits, make exercise is an obligation in the life not an option because you can’t be healthy without doing anything.
