Problems.

To Mr. Robert Hoots, manager at Three Lemons Hotel,

I have just returned from my vacations at the Three Lemons Hotel in Carolina I had the idea of an incredible hotel with a great restaurant and a lovely swimming pool. Crete that you expressly recommended. Unfortunately, neither your recommendations nor those of the holiday brochure coincided with reality. 

I had some problems:


  • The swimming pool: It was unfinished but in the brochure show other thing.
  • The restaurant: The breakfast was eaten by the birds.
  • The bedrooom was a desaster.

When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told that this was not possible; nor were the problems rectified. It was an implied term of our contract that the accommodation provided would be of a standard of cleanliness and quality reasonably to be expected from this type and price of hotel.
I want to haggle for something or to get a refundI am very dissatisfied even in output was not given any receipt. Can I ask you if I can get a discount? The customer is always right!
I will be asked by other people abouth the Three Lemons Hotel and I don't have a good image for the hotel. I think I make you a good bargain.
I don't think this is too much to ask in exchange for the inconvenience this has caused me.
