The importance of being healthy


They are many habits that can change the life of everyone, but the most important are: eating healthy and exercising. Eating healthy is not only about being fit, the body needs nutrients to be healthy: also is difficult to maintain a diet and to balance those factors with other activities, but it is necessary to improve our health.


There were several different opinions about the topic, people prefer the fast food than eat fruits and vegetables, for example:

Carbohydrates provide you energy.
Proteins are another source of energy and help to repair tissues in the body.
Fats can help to transport essential vitamins in the body.
Vitamins and minerals can keep healthy and functioning your body.



I couldn't agree more with that, we need to eat all of the above and fiber too, because it can help to keep your digestive system healthy, however they are several people that can had pretty strong feelings about this and prefer only ignore the topic.



The other aspect is exercise, it can burn calories and it is a complement of a eat healthy, People who exercise regularly have lower occurrences of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes and cancer, also they can sleep better.
People who exercise will be more relax and happy in the work and can produce more because they are having a space to do different things and not only in the same routine.



I think that there's some truth because you feel better when you are doing other thing, but also the can be people who are totally disagree too. But when you are changing you life maybe people can think that it could be a waste of time but try to do your best!
